Most of the food cooked by Danyel Couet is served in the modern and well-reputed F12 restaurant in Stockholm. In contrast, at home he likes to serve far more country-style food. In this book he offers just that – straightforward, easily prepared recipes made from the fabulous ingredients of southern France. The book is packaged in a new and practical way to be used at home. It comes in a ring binder and can be stood up.

Danyel Couet runs several of Stockholm’s most innovative restaurants. The well-known F12, with one star in the Guide Michelin, is a modern classic and the leader of a restaurant group that also includes Brasserie Rouge, Grill, Smak på Restaurangen, Kungsholmen, Salongen and Orangeriet in Stockholm and Fjällpuben in Åre.
